Will it start my car?
It’s made for 12V cars, SUVs and pickups, with a manufacturer rating of up to 10.0L gas and 8.0L diesel engines. If it doesn’t start your car, we refund 100% within 30 days of delivery.
Does it work in the cold?
The manufacturer’s operating range is −40°F to 140°F. Keep it charged: any lithium pack has less power when it’s frozen, so in deep cold keep it in the cabin or bring it inside overnight.
How do I keep it ready?
Charge it with the included USB-C cable when it arrives, after each use and every few months. The screen shows the battery level.
Is it safe to use?
The clamps are spark-proof with reverse-polarity protection: if you connect them backwards, a red light and an alarm warn you. Read the manual before the first use.
Can I leave it in my car?
Yes, that’s where it’s useful. Keep it out of direct sun (glovebox or under a seat) and recharge it every few months.
When will it arrive?
