Refunds and returns

We refund 100% if your order doesn't arrive, arrives damaged or defective, or isn't the product you ordered. Write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we send you a new one or refund your card (your choice). You don't need to send the damaged item back.

How to get your refund, in 3 steps

  1. Email soporte@mitienditausa.com with your order number (and a photo if it arrived damaged).
  2. We reply within 24 hours and confirm your refund or replacement.
  3. The refund goes back to the card you paid with in 1 to 3 business days (your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it).

Change of mind: except where a product's guarantee above says otherwise, we don't accept returns of items in good condition for change of mind.
